We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Business Manager to join a reputable dealership in Pontypridd. Responsibilities of the Business Manager:
* Support and guide the sales team through the sales process, engaging with customers at appropriate points
* Manage the dealership’s CRM system to ensure accurate recording of sales, renewals, and reporting
* Train and coach the sales team on sales techniques, products, and customer service standards
* Control the sale, administration, and compliance of finance and insurance (F&I) products, ensuring FCA regulations are met
* Handle all payments and commissions relating to vehicle sales and F&I transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Develop and maintain relationships with finance providers and other external stakeholders
* Monitor all F&I transactions to ensure they adhere to industry regulations and standards
* Drive the sales team towards meeting and exceeding targets, contributing to dealership profitability
Requirements:
* Significant experience as a Business Manager or in a senior sales position within a franchise-approved dealership
* Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and relevant legislation, preferably FCA-accredited
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent customer relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering high standards
* A results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
* Living within or near Pontypridd or commuting reasonably to the area
