Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to a lady who suffers from mental health, depression, anxiety and short-term memory loss within her own home and within the local community. As a Personal Assistant your duties will include supporting with all aspects of daily life, including:
* Supporting the client to manage and maintain nutrition.
* Support the client to managing personal hygiene including prompts to shower.
* Support the client to maintain a habitable home environment.
* Support the client to order, collect and prompt to take mediation on time.
* Support the client to keep on top of household chores.
We are looking for a caring, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, but a positive attitude and good work ethic is essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a part time position for 9.5 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.50 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
