About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with expertise in Mechanical Engineering Components, Flow Control Products, and Fluid Handling. The role involves selling valves, pumps, mixers, actuators, and corrosion-resistant products to demanding process industries such as water treatment, chemical processing, aerospace, military, marine, nuclear, logistics, and data centers.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in technical sales within industrial markets, with a strong technical background in engineering or a scientific discipline. Experience in fluid handling, flow control, and corrosion-resistant materials is preferred. Previous sales experience in the chemicals, petrochemicals, water, or water purification sectors is advantageous.
Package and Location
* Basic salary between £45,000 - £55,000
* Executive high-spec company car or generous car allowance
* Bonus OTE £65,000+
* Excellent executive benefits
* Home-based role covering areas south of Birmingham, including Birmingham, Leicester, Northampton, Bristol, Cambridge, Basingstoke, Southampton, Reading, Swindon, London, etc.
