This is a permanent part-time position offering 20 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Brighton store. As a Sales Advisor Team Leader, you lead the way in direct customer service, store operations, and team development whilst supporting the management team to deliver the best experience for customers and colleagues. This role is a great step for those with some supervisory experience who wish to pursue a management role in H&M as a Visual Merchandiser or Department Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities and remain commercially aware of H&M, other retailers, and the current environment.
* Deliver a great customer experience that contributes to the sales and profit goals of your store.
* Support the store management team to build an excellent team by leading by example and ensuring colleagues deliver great garment care and store operations.
* Follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well‑being of colleagues and customers.
Requirements
* Experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train, and develop teams.
* Previous leadership experience is meriting.
* A customer‑first mindset.

Availability
