An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a tight‑knit team. You will be able to take ownership of an existing caseload of residential matters.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload encompassing the full spectrum of residential property transactions, together with a small element of commercial property work. Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of files and handle matters confidently from initial instruction through to completion.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE in handling all types of residential property matters. You must be a solid communicator and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
