About the Role
As a Supply Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time across all channels. You’ll manage the full stock lifecycle—from product introduction to exit—while collaborating closely with suppliers, distribution centres and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone analytical, proactive and passionate about continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

We can offer hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire (two days per week in the office).
Key responsibilities will include;
1. Raising and reviewing purchase orders aligned with sales forecasts and promotional events
2. Maximising product availability across all channels while achieving stock turn targets and supporting efficient cash flow
3. Collaborating with Distribution Centres to phase stock intake and improve operational efficiency
4. Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet demand
5. Analysing supply and demand data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
6. Supporting the development and implementation of supply chain strategies
7. Monitoring supplier performance and resolve supply issues proactively
8. Maintaining and updating reports using Excel and relevant planning systems
9. Supporting E-Commerce fulfilment and space planning initiatives
About You
10. Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles
11. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or supply chain planning systems such as Relex is a plus
12. Excellent time management and organisational skills
13. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
14. Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach
15. Experience in supply planning or inventory management is desirable, but not essential
16. Passion for pets and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic retail environment
