General Manager – FMG Repair Services
Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for the success of the site, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and top‑tier service.
* Lead and motivate a high‑performing team, overseeing key operational and financial objectives.
* Optimize workflow, manage KPIs and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
* Work closely with senior leaders to ensure compliance with industry standards and develop business strategies.
* Recruit, develop and retain top talent.
Qualifications
* Experience as a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
* Strong background in automotive repair or related industries.
* Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, customer service and commercial growth.
* Excellent communication, strategic thinking and financial management skills.
