You’ll handle a varied caseload, including High‑Net‑Worth financial matters, Children Act proceedings, international work and TOLATA cases. You’ll work closely with Partners, contribute to the team’s growth across Stamford and Rutland and play a key role in business development. Some travel and occasional out‑of‑hours commitments are required for meetings, training and client work.
About You
You will be:
* 6+ years' PQE
* Experienced across high‑value financial remedies, children matters and wider family disputes
* A strong communicator with excellent client‑care skills
* Proactive, organised, commercially aware and confident in handling complex cases independently
* A supportive team player who enjoys mentoring others and contributing to business development
