Job Information
Deliver excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
Main Duties
 1. Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
 2. Work within a team and on own initiative.
 3. Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
 4. Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness, carrying out all tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
 5. Ensure effective and efficient service delivery to a high standard.
 6. Keep all equipment clean, well maintained, and safe to use.
 7. Report maintenance requirements identified during cleaning tasks.
 8. Maintain security, including locking doors and managing lost property.
 9. Have full knowledge of the cleaning area, work specifications, and time allocations.
 10. Understand all cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals used.
 11. Set a good example in dress, behaviour, punctuality, and attendance.
 12. Adhere to safeguarding policies and raise concerns as needed.
 13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
 14. Ensure contractors and visitors comply with security and safety policies.
 15. Build positive relationships with customers and seek continuous improvement.
 16. Perform other duties within capability as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
 * Cleaning experience preferred but training can be provided.
 * Reliable, hardworking, and professional.
 * Ability to work to a schedule and in a team.
 * Self-motivated and honest.
 * Committed to continuous improvement.
