Position Summary

As a Senior Product Owner within Development Operations andDevCMOPerformance, you will own the vision and roadmap for the digital products that power data-driven decision-making and operational predictability across our development engine.
You will translate complex operational challenges into elegant, high-impact digital solutions, partner with leaders across Development Operations,DevCMOand Technology, and put trusted data at the heart of how decisions get made. Responsibilities
Own and continually evolvethe product vision and roadmap for performance and operational-intelligence solutions across Development Operations andDevCMO, balancing near-term delivery with long-term strategy.
Translate business prioritiesand complex operational challenges into a clear, well-sequenced backlog — defining crisp product requirements, userstoriesand acceptance criteria.
Lead agile deliveryend-to-end, partnering with engineering,dataand design to ship high-quality, predictable outcomes at enterprise scale.
Build and nurture strong partnershipsacross Development Operations,DevCMO, Technology and senior stakeholder groups, aligning diverse priorities behind a single, shared product direction.
Deliver intuitive toolsand dashboards that surface actionable insight, improve operationalpredictabilityand elevate decision-making for development leaders.
Continuously enhance productsby combining quantitative data, userfeedbackand analytics — measuring outcomes, not just outputs.
Champion data-drivenways of working and embed governance,qualityand complianceappropriate toa regulated R&D environment.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Significant experiencein product ownership, businessanalysisor digital delivery, including owning products from concept through to adoption.
Demonstrated experience leading agile delivery teams and acting as the voice of the customer.
Industryexperience with data,analytics,or reporting solutions and translating them into clear decisions.
Experience delivering within regulated environments, with an appreciation for quality,validation,and compliance.
Demonstratedability to influence,alignand build consensus among senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in clinical operations, developmentoperationsor pharma R&D.
Familiarity with study execution, portfolioplanning,or development performance management.
Hands-on experience with BI tools or modern analytics platforms (for example Power BI, Tableau or Spotfire).
Exposure to AI, machinelearning,or predictive analytics applied to operational decision-making.
A track recordof scaling digital products across complex, matrixedorganizations.
Demonstrated commitment to user-centric design and to building inclusive, collaborative ways of working.
