Position: Conveyancer / Solicitor – Residential Conveyancing
An award-winning law firm based in the North West is seeking a skilled Conveyancer or Solicitor to join its established residential conveyancing team in Blackburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong conveyancing experience who is looking to further their legal career.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
* Provide exceptional client care by ensuring clear, timely communication and proactive matter management
* Report directly to the Head of Department, working closely with the wider legal team
* Ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards, firm policies and professional conduct rules
* Efficiently manage the financial aspects of files, adhering to guidelines around billing and write-offs
* Support the achievement of departmental financial targets
* Contribute to business development initiatives aimed at expanding the team’s caseload
* Make effective use of the firm’s case and practice management systems and other technologies to support operational goals
* Maintain accuracy and integrity of client, contact and matter data

Skills & Experience
* 6-10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
