The Role
* Teaching Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on experience
* Delivering engaging lessons that integrate practical work with theoretical understanding
* Supporting pupils with NEA, coursework, and portfolio preparation
* Maintaining high standards of workshop organisation and safety
* Monitoring attainment and implementing strategies to raise achievement
* Contributing to departmental planning and quality assurance
* Supporting extracurricular and enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in DT or a related subject
* Experience teaching secondary Design & Technology
* Strong classroom management and workshop leadership skills
* High expectations for pupil engagement and academic success
* A professional and collaborative approach
