UCS is at an exciting and pivotal point in its future as we move towards our strategic priority of transforming Somerset through University Education and work towards approval for Degree Awarding Powers (DAPs) from the Office for Students (OfS).
We are launching its first wave of independently validated degree programmes. To ensure these programmes meet sector-wide standards of academic quality and relevance, UCS is recruiting External Academics to support the validation process.
We are therefore seeking an external academic to provide independent academic scrutiny and sector-wide insight during the validation of UCS's new degree programmes. The External Academic ensures that proposed programmes align with national expectations for academic quality, curriculum design, and industry relevance.
