Job Description
The VP - Client Lifecycle Management - KYC Team will be responsible for:Team Management:
3. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of KYC Analysts and AVP's, providing guidance on complex cases and ensuring quality output and be the point of escalation.
KYC end to end Oversight:
4. Maintain oversight of the end-to-end KYC process, supporting timely and accurate reviews of KYC records.
Stakeholder Management / Collaboration:
5. Act as the primary liaison between KYC rolling review and front office teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment and appropriate management of expectations
The Successful Applicant
6. The VP - Client Lifecycle Management - KYC Team should have the following skills:
7. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
8. Solid experience in KYC, AML, client onboarding, or compliance roles in Corporate and Investment Banking with some experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
9. Experience in client-facing roles with a strong focus on communication and strong relationship management.
10. Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations, including global standards (e.g., FATF, FinCEN, and EU directives).
11. Proven experience managing end-to-end KYC processes.
12. Familiarity with client onboarding systems, databases, and relevant tools (Fenergo experience would be preferred. Additionally, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
