We are looking for a Finance Assistant, to provide effective financial administration support within the school overseeing day-to-day financial operations including purchasing, invoicing, income collection, bank reconciliation and record maintenance. Duties will include: Ordering, processing and payment of all goods and services Preparation of invoices Deal with basic payment and accounting queries Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems Complete monthly finance routine checklist Saxon Hill Academy is a unique school for children and young people aged 2 to 19 who have complex needs and physical disabilities. Actual Salary: £12,857 - £13,483 Hours: 19.5 hours per week, Term Time plus 3 weeks and 5 inset days (working 42 weeks) - Mon - Thurs 10am - 2pm and Fri 10am - 1.30pm
