About the role: As a Freelance Pilates Instructor, you’ll deliver world-class Pilates sessions that create real results, build deep client relationships, and contribute to an unrivalled member experience. You’ll be supported by the Director of Fitness, with a clear structure for development, standards, and business growth. Pay: £40/hour (self-employed pay structure based on sessions delivered) Key responsibilities: Deliver dynamic and effective, full-body workouts using Pilates principles and programming Ensure all sessions are delivered safely, and identify injuries and contra-indications at the start of each class – provide modifications where necessary Classes will be mat based, but may incorporate equipment such as bands, Pilates balls, magic circles and hand weights to level up sessions and increase the challenge Be confident providing exercise progressions and regressions for a range of experience levels. Maintain consistent class quality to drive results, retention, and referrals to your classes Collaborate with PT, S&C, Physio and Group Exercise teams to create a well-rounded member journey Deliver outstanding hospitality and service to all members and guests Maintain studio presentation, cleanliness, and equipment standards at all times Commit to ongoing education, coaching development, and ONE LDN performance standards Qualifications experience: L3 or above mat Pilates qualification – must be able to provide certificates. Experience teaching in a boutique space or premium gym facility is advantageous.
