The Role
This leadership position offers broad influence without direct site-based responsibilities. The successful candidate will shape strategic direction, embed a culture of excellence, and ensure alignment with the latest Building Safety Regulator (BSR) requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Defining and delivering the strategic vision for Building Control

The Ideal Candidate
The role calls for an experienced, values-driven leader who is a Registered Building Inspector (Class 4) with:

The Offer
Salary: £65,000-£75,000 per annum, with additional market supplements negotiable based on experience.
