An established and growing electrical contracting business is looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager based in Leeds, Yorkshire, Manchester, Birmingham, London or surrounding areas to oversee and deliver high-value projects ranging upwards of £1 million.

Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical contracts from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget
*
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships
*
Plan and allocate labour resources efficiently to meet project needs
*
Negotiate supplier rates and manage project costs
*
Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
*
Prepare and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports
*
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
*
Support on-site teams to maintain high efficiency, quality, and service standards
Skills & Experience
*
Fully qualified electrician with 2360 Part 1 & 2 or 2330 Level 2 & 3, 18th Edition (2382-18), and 2391 Inspection & Testing
*
Experience with Electrical Installation Condition Reports and NICEIC certification
*
Proven track record managing people and projects successfully
*
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
*
Comfortable travelling nationally to client sites
*
Computer literate and full UK driving licence
Desirable (not essential):
*
SSSTS or SMSTS
*
NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
*
AutoCAD experience
*
Trimble design software experience
