We are working with a highly respected and experienced Civil Engineering Contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality Civil Engineering projectsWe are recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent / Senior Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing Civil Engineering projects across the Northwest. You will be initially working on a Highways project in South Manchester
Experience & Capabilities:
1. Experience of working with a Main Civils Contractor, or large Civils subcontractor
2. Proven experience as a Site / Senior Engineer, or Sub Agent on Civil Engineering projects
3. Demonstrable background delivering large‑scale earthworks and civil engineering works, including exposure toplex deep drainage operations
4. Strong capability in understanding and validating digital terrain models, cut/fill calculations, and volume assessments within a remeasure environment
5. Proficient in using Civils Modelling & Surveying software
6. Proficient with Machine Control
7. Proven leadership in supervising and supporting site engineering teams, promoting consistent standards and technical delivery
8. Excellent grasp of project quality processes, includingpiling and reviewing ITPs, maintaining QA records, and ensuringpliance across all activities
9. Strongmunication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple project stakeholders
