Business Development / Sales Rep (Office furniture / fit out) Belfast or Derry Base We are working with a successful design and fit out / office furniture supplier to recruit for their new Business Development / Sales Representative to join them on a permanent basis and play a key role in business development activities across UK & ROI. Reporting into Senior Management you will; Build and lead a new high-performing sales team from the ground up Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and convert internal leads into long-term customers Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers across sectors Conduct sales performance analysis and present findings to the wider team to inform strategic decisions Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment on company goals What we are looking for. Experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the office furniture or fit out sectors Proven track record of delivering results through team leadership and strategic planning.
