Job Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Custody Support Worker to join our CFO Evolution Team.
You will be responsible for tasks involving a caseload of participants in a correctional setting, starting with engagement and evaluation. The goal is to provide motivational support to help participants stay engaged during their sentence through group work and one-on-one interventions, aiding their integration into communities.
Our ideal candidate will have lived-in custodial experience or experience in probation, social care, or the criminal justice sector. Confidence in working with diverse backgrounds and mentoring skills are essential.
This role offers a salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum, with benefits including:

Skills and Experience
* IAG Level 3 (desirable)
* Experience managing a caseload (desirable)
* Proficiency in electronic data management and working in target-driven environments
* Excellent communication skills across various settings
