Your future, your role
As an Employee Relations Partner you’ll be:
* Providing commercial, swift, and robust level advice to assigned regions within a customer-focused ER service
* Ensuring that managers are acting within the scope of policy and procedure and providing commercial solutions to employee relations issues
* Ensuring that risks are effectively identified and managed in a compliant and commercially aware manner within the appropriate processes
* Supporting operational management within allocated regions in all aspects of disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and performance management, as well as other processes relevant under the employee relations remit
* Reviewing and advising the Senior Business Partner – HR Operations on the merits of potential employee litigation, in partnership with the legal team, to ensure cost-effective, robust, and commercial outcomes are reached
You will have experience:
* Up-to-date knowledge of current UK employment law
* Significant case management experience
* Experience of dealing with complex people issues
