A prestigious Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire is expanding its highly regarded Wills, Trusts & Probate team, one of the largest and most successful departments in the firm. As part of this strategic growth, they are launching a dedicated Trusts division, complementing their existing Lifetime Planning and Bereavement teams.

Your work will include:
* Advising on and preparing a range of lifetime trusts (bare, discretionary, and life interest)
* Drafting trust-related documents including Deeds of Appointment, Retirement, and Trustee changes
* Managing trust administration from creation through to termination
* Advising on tax implications of trust structures and broader estate planning
* Supporting Will drafting and post-death variations involving trust elements
* Handling estate administration including IHT400 submissions, intestacies, and complex probate matters
