The company has established themselves as a major player in the fit out sector and has built a portfolio across hospitality, retail and tourist sectors.They have secured and retained clients including many Blue-Chip companies as well as successful independent Businesses. The Role Due to a substantial period of growth and expansion. the company requires a Junior Estimator. Responsibilities to include: Preparing and issuing tender packages. Preparing work schedules / take offs. Reviewing and evaluating cost estimates. Ensuring timely completion of estimates. Preparing cost analysis. Establishing and maintaining working relationships with supply chain. Requirements: 3rdLevel Qualification in a relevant Construction Discipline Minimum 2 years' experience within main contracting or fitout A competitive salary & remuneration package will be tailored to the successful Building/ Fitout Estimator to include hybrid working.
