To provide administrative support to the Medical Secretarial Team within BDH, assisting with management of patient letters, notes, and post coming in and out of the department. Support the Team Leaders on service development projects/activities and support the wider admin team to provide a patient-focused administrative service.

* Carry out associated clerical duties, for example maintaining accurate filing systems, receiving post, and checking and tracing patient notes.
* Keep patient information materials up to date.
* Attend appropriate meetings as required by the role’s line manager.
