What We’re Looking For
We want to connect with QA professionals who demonstrate expertise in a broad range of core skills and experience, including but not limited to:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Alternatively, relevant industry experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or manufacturing.
* Experience working in GMP/GLP-compliant environments, with a strong understanding of regulatory standards.
* Familiarity with analytical techniques and equipment used in pharmaceutical testing.
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.
* Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and site-specific systems.
* A team-oriented mindset, with flexibility and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
* Demonstrated ability to apply GMP knowledge in decision-making and process improvement.
What You Might Be Doing
As a QA professional at GSK, you could get involved with:
* Reviewing and approving quality control data to support the timely release of pharmaceutical products.
* Authoring and managing GMP documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
* Supporting inspections and audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Participating in quality events such as deviations, investigations, and change controls.
* Providing coaching and guidance to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Conducting document control activities, including printing, reconciliation, and archiving.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
* Leading or supporting analytical testing, including techniques like HPLC, Karl Fischer, and dissolution testing.
* Maintaining and calibrating analytical equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
* Investigating Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and contributing to root cause analysis.
* Reviewing manufacturing and packaging documentation for clinical and commercial batches.
* Assessing temperature excursions and managing customer complaints in line with quality procedures.
