What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of a small portfolio of projects that help Royal London:
* Create value for our customers
* Adapt to change and reduce risk
* Meet legal and regulatory requirements
* Improve efficiency and profitability
You’ll collaborate across teams, analyse data, and bring fresh ideas to the table. At the end of the programme, you’ll work with fellow interns to present a group project to our senior leadership team.
Who we’re looking for
* Ideally penultimate or final year students from any degree discipline
* Curious thinkers who challenge the status quo
* Motivated self-starters with a desire to learn and grow
* Strong communicators with great interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with IT and data, and keen to develop further
* Able to manage multiple projects and solve problems creatively

* Start date: 15 June to 21 August 2026 (for 10 weeks)
* Locations: Edinburgh, Manchester, London (Asset Management placements only available in London)
* Assessment centres: January 2026
