Requirements
Must have:
- 24/7 on-call L2/L3 support experience - Experience with a major cloud platform (Azure preferred) - Familiarity with monitoring tools for troubleshooting and insight gathering - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) - Strong experience with Terraform or similar IaC tooling
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability - Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, troubleshooting cloud-related issues - Lead Kubernetes cluster operations and support containerised workloads - Maintain and enhance Terraform Infrastructure as Code modules - Participate in CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions or similar tooling - Analyse observability data to produce insights and recommendations - Ensure effective monitoring using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics or Splunk - Drive automation across cloud operations following SRE and DevOps principles - Support junior engineers through mentoring and knowledge sharing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement platform improvements - Maintain clear documentation for procedures, configuration and operational readiness
