To do that, we’re hiring someone to own our internal talent function end-to-end.
This is not a traditional TA role.
Your job is to:
* Find recruiters who’ve hit artificial ceilings
* Filter out anyone optimising for comfort
* Turn our story, platform, and trajectory into a talent magnet
* Protect the standards that make this firm valuable
You’ll work directly with the founder and senior team.
You’ll influence who becomes a future equity holder.
You’ll be measured on quality, not volume.
