Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join primary schools in Burnley from January.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience working in a classroom setting (Level 2 or above preferred)
* Ability to support pupils across a range of abilities and needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive and positive approach to learning
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting the class teacher with daily activities
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting pupils with SEN where required
