We are looking for a full-time, Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Hertford Nursery.
Bright Horizons Hertford opened in January 2020, located on the Foxholes Business Park with great transport links including local bus routes and proximity to Hertford East train station. On-site parking is also available. The nursery benefits from seven individual rooms, each tailored to specific age groups with excellent resources. All rooms are designed to be flexible with good access to the garden area, which children enjoy regularly.
The nursery is proudly rated 'Good' by Ofsted.

What you’ll be doing
* Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to your key children to support their development towards key milestones
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers
* Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding
* Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment
What we’re looking for
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
* Previous experience working with children (e.g., as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
* Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
* Effective communication skills with children and adults
* Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
