Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a strong interest in private client work? Do you have a keen understanding of the needs of elderly and vulnerable clients?
We are looking for a qualified Private Client Solicitor to join our clients renowned Wills & Probate team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and provide exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full private client caseload, including drafting Wills, LPAs, and administering estates Offer expert advice and support throughout the client journey Ensure adherence to firm and departmental processes, meeting fee earning and caseload targets Participate in business development activities, including networking opportunities Advise on related tax matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws
Required Experience
Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE Proven experience in non-contentious private client work Strong technical and case management skills Excellent client care and communication skills Ability to manage risk and maintain compliance with legal requirements Strong business development interest and skills Benefits:
