Job Description
We are seeking Account Executives to join our Midmarket Customer Service team. You will manage a portfolio of Midmarket SME customers, serving as the first point of contact via phone and email. If you have experience working with customers and delivering excellent service, we would love to hear from you.
The role:
Your focus will be on providing "customer first" experiences by building relationships and effectively managing customer queries and expectations, working towards SLA targets. This is a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to handle changing customer demands.

Working Pattern:
Hybrid work arrangement: Tuesdays to Thursdays in the office, Mondays and Fridays remote. Office hours are 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
