Your Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.
Requirements:
* Confident, articulate, and comfortable talking with customers.
* Have worked in a customer‑facing sales role.
* Enjoy learning about products and sharing that knowledge.
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Have retail or customer service experience.
* Comfortable working to clear performance expectations and sales targets.
* Can work flexibly, including weekends and peak times based on a rota.

About the role: This is a permanent part‑time position of 10 hours per week, likely split across two days on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
