Our client is a fast growing retailer who are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their marketing & ecommerce team, focussing on delivering a high quality texperience across online and offline channels for both their B2B and B2C customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of all lead generation activities targeting trade audiences-both online and offline along with driving new B2C customers to site
This includes driving online sales, customer acquisition, and brand visibility across key trade and consumer sectors through digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Develop marketing campaigns which drive new B2C customers.
Drive qualified trade leads through paid and organic channels, trade events, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
Oversee the end-to-end online journey, from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience that drives sales.
Plan and deliver campaigns to attract new customers via digital advertising, email marketing, SEO, and paid social media.
Lead offline customer recruitment through exhibitions, sponsorships, field sales support, and print advertising.
Own the communications calendar including newsletters, product updates, industry news, and offers across email and social platforms.
Manage content creation in partnership with content and design teams to ensure messaging is targeted and engaging.
Identify, plan, and execute trade event participation including shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Proven experience in B2B or Trade Marketing along with B2C marketing
Strong understanding of lead generation tactics, customer acquisition, and trade sales cycles.
