Spanish Teacher (KS3/KS4) Location: Bury | Position: Spanish Teacher | Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-time Daily Rate: £150.00 - £210.00 About the role: We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic full-time Spanish Teacher to support students within a welcoming mainstream secondary school in the Bury area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about languages and culture, inspiring young people to develop their communication skills and confidence in Spanish within an inclusive classroom environment. This role is available for an ASAP start, with the view to continue until July 2026. Teacher Role Overview: * Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4, adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs * Support and differentiate for students with SEN, ensuring inclusive access to the curriculum * Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support development * Create a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment * Promote speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, fostering a love of languages and cultural awareness * Work closely with SENCOs, pastoral teams, and parents to support student wellbeing and achievement * Contribute to wider school life, including meetings, planning, and school activities Experience, Training & Qualifications: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent * Experience teaching Spanish in a secondary school setting * Strong understanding of SEN/SEND and inclusive teaching strategies * Up-to-date safeguarding training (can be provided) * Prevent, behaviour management, and FGM training (can be provided) Requirements: * Right to Work in the UK * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) * Two professional references covering the last two years How to Apply: Please apply with an up-to-date CV including your full education and employment history from secondary school onwards.
