Job Description
1. Handle incoming calls from new customers seeking information about services.
2. Engage in consultative conversations, build relationships, and tailor packages to ensure excellent client experience.
3. Promote services, handle queries, and work towards KPIs.
4. Manage calls from existing customers, resolve issues, and aim to retain their business.
5. Operate in a fast-paced contact centre environment, ensuring high client care standards.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in customer service, sales, or contact centres preferred.
* Ability to work in a busy environment and meet targets.
* Excellent communication and telephone skills.
* Resilient problem solver with good persuasion skills.
* Strong listening and questioning abilities.
