I am working with a large client who is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to come into the business to successfully lead the parts department and deliver on targets and expectations for their site based in the East of Edinburgh.
What is needed for a Parts Manager:
5. Experienced as either a Manager/Supervisor within a Parts Department, or you might be an experienced parts advisor looking to take the next step up.
6. Can lead and manage of a team of advisors.
7. Able to build and develop strong working relationships.
8. Can work with colleagues to identify and implement strategies to increase revenues.
9. Can identify new business opportunities.
10. Able to maintain fantastic customer service across the department.
11. Can motivate the team to reach and hit KPI’s and targets.
12. Able to provide reports for senior management when needed.

15. Basic Salary up to £30,000.
16. Achievable earnings of £45,000 OTE.
17. Monday – Friday. 8:30-5 with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
18. Overtime available.
