What You’ll Receive £12.99/hour (equivalent to £27,019.20/year ) Full-time position : 40 hours per week on a 24/7 rotating schedule Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support in Italian and English, ensuring a premium experience across forums, social media, and review platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using internal tools and problem-solving skills. Customize responses to reflect brand tone with professionalism, empathy, and creativity.
