* Proactively generate new property valuations through prospecting, networking, and marketing
* Manage the full sales process from valuation to completion

The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in estate agency, ideally within premium or high-value property
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow your own business
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive, and self-motivated
* Knowledge of the surrounding areas
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
