As a Lifeguard your passion for swimming and love of great customer service will shine through when supervising our customers in the pool, as well as supporting the team in keeping our centres clean and tidy.
Due to the demographic of the area & specific Female only swimming sessions, Morden Leisure Centre needs another Female full time (40 hours), contracted member of staff.
FEMALE LIFEGUARD:
- 40 hours pro rata per week, contracted role
- £28,887.22 per annum salary
- 248 hours Annual Leave per year pro rata
What you need:

6. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up to date NPLQ training records
What you’ll do:
7. You will experience regular pool rotations
8. Supervising and cleaning the pool area
9. Setting up equipment
10. Deliver first-class customer service
11. Deal with customer queries
12. When not poolside you will be a key support to your team on a daily basis from preparing Studios, Gyms or Sports Halls for various activities to the general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
