Job Title: Billing Coordinator
Location: Stourbridge
Reports To: Commercial Director
Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm Friday 9am – 4pm, but flexibility is required.
We are looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our busy Commercial Team to support with and manage the client billing process.
Duties:
1. Ensuring that client information and details are kept up to date
2. Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers
3. Checking the data inputted to ensure the accuracy of the final invoice
4. Tracking payments and ensuring that payment is received in line with Company policy
5. Reporting issues or irregularities to the Commercial Director
6. Fixing billing errors by issuing debit and credit notes
7. Recovering outstanding debts
8. Handling clients' account queries
9. Ordering goods as required
Candidate Skill Requirements:
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Organisational skills
12. IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel
13. Time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
14. Customer service skills
15. Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
16. Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
