Responsibilities
* Manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and staff development, to maintain excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning and ensure staff understand and follow task schedules while adhering to Health & Safety procedures.
* Provide technical training as required, distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
* Address issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager when appropriate.
Qualifications and Attributes
* Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
* Good communication skills, reliability, and a professional attitude.
* Ability to work to a schedule and on own initiative.
