About the Role

This is a brand-new, high-impact hybrid role that will shape the future of Title Split Limited's service delivery. We are launching an innovative
Done With You product
to support our clients through complex Title Split property deals. This role combines elements of
product ownership, project delivery, cross-functional coordination, and channel development
. You'll lead the design, systemisation, implementation, and optimisation of the product from day one.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will define the strategic roadmap and be hands-on in creating structured, scalable systems to deliver excellence for both
existing and future clients
. You will also take ownership of client onboarding, delivery planning, technology tool implementation, and continuous improvement.

Example: Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability

Product & Channel Strategy

* Collaborate with the Managing Director to
define product strategy
, roadmap, and positioning for the Done With You service.
* Identify and develop delivery channels
(internal teams, partners, systems) to maximise reach and value.
* Develop
customer segmentation strategies
to tailor the service and delivery experience.

Process Mapping & System Design (Phase One & Two)

* Analyse and document current delivery processes used in our Title Split services.
* Translate manual and ad hoc procedures into
repeatable, scalable workflows
.
* Collaborate on developing
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
and service blueprints for client engagements.

Technology & Platform Implementation (Phase Three)

* Research, recommend, and implement
cloud-based project management and CRM software
for client delivery.
* Evaluate and integrate
AI tools
to support customer onboarding, FAQs, task automation, and data insights.
* Ensure all tools align with business needs for automation, customer service, data protection, and collaboration.

Service Delivery & Client Experience (Phase Four)

* Oversee
client onboarding, communication plans, and milestones
throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Serve as the
central point of contact
for implementation, issue resolution, and escalation management.
* Design and report on
KPIs and performance metrics
related to service delivery, client satisfaction, and internal efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

* Degree (Bachelor's or higher) in
Product Management, Business, Marketing, or Project Management
.
* We would prefer you have least
2–5 years' experience
in a marketing, product or project management role, ideally in SaaS, property, or consultancy.
* Strong understanding of
product lifecycle management
, service design, and implementation strategy.
* Familiarity with tools such as Asana,, Trello, Notion, HubSpot, or similar project management systems.

Knowledge or keen interest in
AI-driven customer experience tools

is a strong plus
