We're now on the lookout for a Business Support Administrator to join our Sales Office and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As our Business Support Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our sales operation – supporting our external sales team, liaising with customers, and helping to ensure our orders, communications, and admin processes are on point.
This is a varied and hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Duties
* Providing administrative support to the external sales team
* Processing customer orders and tracking deliveries
* Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
* Coordinating with the Purchasing Manager for stock and product information
* General office admin, including filing and invoicing
Skills
* Previous experience in an admin, support, or coordinator role (ideally in a sales or retail environment)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Experience with CRM or stock/order systems is a bonus
