Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented HRGeneralist to play a pivotal role in shaping our growing team. Thisposition is integral to our success ensuring the smooth functioningof HR operations and contributing to an exceptional employeeexperience.
As our HR Generalist youre at theheart of our people operations for our full time permanentemployees. Youll be an integral part of the people team from Day 1.

As our HR Generalistyou will be responsible for a diverse range of tasksincluding:
Recruitment &Onboarding:
* Collaboratewith hiring managers on vacancies and open/advertise jobdescriptions on our ATS (team tailor)
* Performscreening interviews
* Manage employment contractsetups and ensure compliance with legal requirements and recordretention (e.g. right to work checks and potential visa sponsoringtogether with trusted immigration lawyers)
* Bethe welcoming face of HIVED during onboarding providing a positiveexperience for new hires
* Collaborate withhiring managers to support a seamless onboardingprocess
Employeerelations andadministration:
* Maintainaccurate employee records including staff files and HRIS datamanagement
* Be first point of contact foremployee queries regarding contracts leave programs andbenefits
* Ensure accurate payroll processingtogether with finance team
* Handle HRadministrative tasks efficiently and with attention todetail
* Support HR employee cases includingdisciplinary and grievanceprocedures
Offboarding:
* Facilitatesmooth offboarding processes for departingemployees
* Conduct exitinterviews
* Ensure offboarding process ishandledimmaculately
Miscellaneous:
* Helporganise training & developmentinitiatives
* Navigate and oversee HRIS andrespective HR data management
* Assist indevelopment and implementation of human resourcepolicies
* Administer and potentially enhanceemployeebenefits
