Responsibilities
* Leading the delivery of high-impact KS2 science lessons and schemes
* Coordinating, modelling, and raising standards for science across the school
* Designing creative enrichment: assemblies, after-school clubs, STEM events
* Working closely with a dynamic SLT to develop the curriculum
* Harnessing digital technology to drive interactive, practical learning
* Strategically supporting and mentoring colleagues in science teaching best practice
Ideal KS2 Teacher & Science Lead
* Qualified KS2 Teacher with UK QTS (Essential)
* Strong, recent experience (or outstanding ECT) in primary science leadership
* References rated Good or Outstanding for classroom impact
* Infectious enthusiasm for making science accessible and exciting
* Boldly creative, collaborative, and data-aware
* Eager to embrace diversity and champion inclusive, high-calibre teaching
