Performance Marketing Lead | Manchester/Hybrid | up to £55k Basic + Bonus
The Performance Marketing Lead will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising paid digital activity across multiple channels; including Google, Meta, affiliates, and marketplaces. The focus will be on driving sustainable eCommerce growth, maximising ROI, and improving acquisition efficiency.
Working at both strategic and hands-on levels, the Performance Marketing Lead will collaborate with content, creative, and senior stakeholders to ensure all campaigns align with commercial objectives, brand positioning, and seasonal priorities.
Key Responsibilities in the Position of Performance Marketing Lead:
* Develop and implement the paid media strategy across search, social, display, retargeting, and marketplaces.
* Manage channel budgets to achieve commercial and ROI goals.
* Refine keyword, audience, and bidding strategies for optimal performance.
