We’re seeking genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers passionate about improving the quality of life for the people we support. In this role, you'll help individuals gain independence, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
Our residential service in Wellington, set in lush green grounds with its own hydrotherapy pool and sensory room, offers a welcoming environment. No two days are the same! You’ll enhance lives by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and engaging in activities like visiting local bars, playing video games, or watching films.
This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference, helping individuals build confidence and independence to achieve their goals, whether cooking dinner or going on holiday.
Ideal candidates will have the right values and experience, including a full UK driving license, resilience, flexibility, experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans, and working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including those with behaviors of distress, mental health conditions, autism, or trauma.
