This is a rewarding opportunity for a caring and motivated Learning Support Assistant who enjoys supporting children with SEN and helping them reach their full potential. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and staff to ensure pupils with SEN receive the support they need to thrive in the classroom.

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
1. Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN
2. Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons for pupils with SEN
3. Help create an inclusive classroom environment where students with SEN feel supported and confident
4. Encourage independence, engagement, and positive behaviour
5. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCO teams

What Weâre Looking For
6. Experience working with children or young people (experience with SEN is highly desirable)
7. A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills
9. A genuine passion for supporting learning and development
